Evaluation in workplace learning sometimes takes form in knowledge checks and skills tests, however a true measure for the effectiveness of a training program is more often measured by feedback and evaluation of employee performance over time. One method we like to use is the Kirkpatrick Model for Evaluation.  This model focuses on reaction, learning, behavior and results. In developing an assessment rubric for evaluating this portfolio, I wanted to create something that would highlight areas of achievement, improvement and excellence. For this reason, a single point rubric for assessment was designed.
